Penny Belsher
Co Owner, Waxer, Designer
Penny has 34 years of experience in the dental field. She has worked in every area of the lab, and in dental offices as well. Penny founded the lab in 1989 and has honed her skills by problem-solving through tough cases and staying current with new advances in dental technology. She is the backbone of the business and is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Tammy graduated from The University of Texas-Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1989. She immediately moved to Dallas to work for Penny in her business venture. In 1991, she was certified in Crown and Bridge, and in 1994, at the age of 24, she became a partner of T & P Dental Lab. Tammy is passionate about merging innovative technologies with her artistry and vision to capture the most lifelike restoration possible.
